What Is It?
It is a very popular treatment that can create a soft and subtle lip or a full luscious lip.

Our bodies produce a substance called Hyaluronic acid (HA). The natural aging process and lifestyle factors can decrease the amount of HA our bodies produce which can lead to a loss of hydration and volume of the lips.

Dermal filler contains HA and by injecting it into the lips, it can help to replace the HA that has been lost. This provides optimal hydration and produces a dynamic volumizing effect for a more natural result.

We use the brand Teoxane’s Teosyal RHA2 range which is FDA approved and won the best injectable product of the year 2021 at the aesthetics aware.

To ensure the procedure is relatively pain free, dental anaesthetic is first administered. Once you are nice and numb, your lip augmentation will be carried out to create a natural result.

Immediately after, your lips will be swollen and so they may seem bigger than you expect. You may also develop some bruising as you are being treated with a very fine needle. The swelling and bruising can take up to two weeks to settle after which your new luscious lips will be revealed.
